She took my family on tours of the area as well as out to dine;
she helped us move in and out and back in again into our new
Terramor Home in Heritage. She even assisted my wife and
children as my Dad and brothers unpacked the truck overnight!

Helen Croghan was undeniably a Godsend and my family is very
thankful to God that He did send her, because we knew
absolutely nothing about NC, much less Wake Forest.

Helen provided such great service when we bought our home that 8 years later we called her again when we decided to sell. Our latest experience was as sellers and she walked us through the entire process from getting the house ready to market to closing the sale. When my mother passed away out of state, and I needed to sell her house, I had to rely strictly on real estate agent reviews to choose an agent. Helen had glowing reviews, and now I know why. I reached out to her on a Sunday, never dreaming I would hear anything back and within an hour she had called me, called my brother, and had arranged a visit to the house. It was this type of responsiveness and quality that had our house sold quickly and buttoned up faster than I could have imagined. Helen helped us buy our home in Wake Forest during the crazy housing market. We were moving from another state which made it challenging to view houses before they went under contract. Helen previewed homes and emailed us detailed videos to help with the long-distance decisions. She was also available and responsive to ensure we were able to get our offer in a timely.
